If stored and used under the correct conditions, the transparent cover has a guarantee of 3 years. Protecting it against excessive UV exposure and keeping it clean before storing will increase the life span of the cover. Please note your cover is not protected against general wear and tear, or in cases of deliberate or accidental damage.

You can clean your transparent cover with a damp microfiber cloth. Do not machine-wash, bleach, tumble dry, iron, or dry-clean.

You’ll be pleased to know, no tools are required for assembly. Any Shelter Dome model can be fully erected by two people within 30-45 minutes. We can also provide detailed, user-friendly, step-by-step instructions, or you can view/ download the instruction manual on our website. We also have a video guide for extra assistance which you can find on our website.

You can set up your Shelter Dome on various grounds and surfaces. We provide an anchoring kit that includes steel stakes and screws. Tent stakes can be used on soil and medium to soft grounds, while the screws can be used on harder grounds e.g. wood. You can also purchase sandbags separately from us, in cases where stakes & screws cannot be used.

Yes, all Shelter Dome covers are non-flammable. The Shelter Dome will not ignite or burn when subjected to fire, instead, it will start to decompose.

Your Shelter Dome is weatherproof and waterproof, so will keep you completely dry in the rain.

Please note that the Shelter Dome does retain heat, if using in direct sunlight we recommend that you keep the doors open at all times, to avoid the risk of suffocation/overheating. You can also use the Mosquito Net cover in the summer. This is great for fresh air and keeps the insects away!

The Shelter Dome is also suitable in light snow (up to around 25cm of snow).
The design allows the rain and snow to flow down the sides of the Dome, so will not be putting pressure on the top. In heavy wind, we recommend that you anchor the Shelter Dome down with the steel stakes or screws provided.
If this is not possible, please use sandbags for extra safety measures.

Please use any electrical appliances safely, at your own risk.
Ensure power supplies are stored in a cool, dry place and away from the edges of the Shelter Dome where possible moisture can occur.
